Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Responsibilities: Thorough knowledge of counter-proliferation operations including but not limited to offensive operations, interdiction operations, and active defense.Applicant must be recognized in the operational community as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in chemical and biological weapons including conventional and unconventional munitions as well as sophisticated and improvised dispersal devices.Must have an intimate knowledge of tactical operations inside laboratories and around chemical and biological weapons, sampling techniques, and rendering safe/disabling Weapons of Mass Destruction.
