Some general guidelines for employment include being flexible in the jobs you take. It may not be your most desirable location but it's still work. Keep your quals up-to-date. Your 8 Hour HAZWOPER must be up-to-date. We get questions all the time about the refresher and if it expires. If it does, you do NOT have to take the 40 Hour again. We offer the 8 Hour Refresher for $39.95 and you can immediately print off your certificate for your file. Another qual that you need to keep up-to-date is your CPR, AED and First Aid. You can get that through a few companies online or if you're in the Nashville area, just come by and we'll teach you the class. (Yes, we will make you sit through the class, do the work and take the exam.) Finally, if you don't have a passport, get one. If an overseas job comes up and you don't have one, you're not getting hired. Make yourself more employable than the other guy. Get all the quals you can. Go the extra mile.
