Please find attached details of a manual demining project opportunity for a commercial client that MineTech International currently have in Al Faw, Iraq. Country: Iraq

Contract Information: Manual demining in 1 location on the Al Faw peninsula. You will be required to provide programme and operations management and QA/QC for a local sub-contractor. You will be located in a secure temporary camp with appropriate accommodation.

Approx date of deployment: Early March 2010. Date to be confirmed

Duration: 4 months

Positions: 1 Programme Manager and 1 Operations Manager with minimum IMAS EOD Level 3 knowledge and significant commercial demining experience

Leave Rotation: No leave; you will work straight through. This includes insurance, all leave and mobilisation/demobilisation flights, full life support in the field and any necessary accommodation and subsistence costs

Field Rate: A competitive daily field rate has already been set for these opportunities and short listed applicants will be notified of this.
