Even if we do know them, we will screen each candidate to discover the intangible qualities, good and bad, that don't show up on military resumes.

Our proprietary system of screening and testing ensures that you'll receive a selection of the best resumes with the proper EOD qualifications for your project.

We call or email candidates from our data base based on the specific requirements of your contract. After ensuring they meet the requirements of the contract, we check their availability for the term of the contract.

If there's a potential conflict, we help the candidate define their primary employment goals. At this point, we may ask for a referral to another Tech and adjust our data base entry to better reflect the candidates needs for future placement.

Our process repeats until we have the best candidates for you. Our expectation is that we will be able to provide you 3 candidates that are qualified and available for your specific contract.

We will work with you on finding the best candidates and communicating our progress throughout the process so that you'll be able to make a decision on time and within budget.
