Summary
Over 20 years combined experience with International Security and as an Intelligence Analyst, Linguist, and Interrogator.

In 1994, was appointed as a Defense Threat Reduction Agency Certified Contract Escort for the U.N. Weapon Inspectors.

In 1997, was mobilized as a Dutch Linguist in Belgium and Heidelberg, Germany. In 1999, was mobilized as a Serb-Croat Linguist and Interrogator to Bosnia-Herzegovina.

In 2004-05, was mobilized as a Civilian Contractor to Baghdad, Iraq, providing Document and Media Exploitation Services for the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Civilian contractor serving as HUMINT Collection and Issue Manager at DIA responsible as the Collection and Issue Manager for Forward Operation Base (FOB) Europe since April 2007.

Participated in the weekly German Dialog, in which, a discussion group of professionals utilized the German language.

October 2006 - April 2007

Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Watch Officer at DIA providing support to Human Intelligence (HUMINT) collection management.

Essential Job Functions: Processed HUMINT Collection Requirements (HCR), Ad Hoc HUMINT Requirements (AHR), and Time Sensitive Collection Requirements (TSCR) for collection units.

Subtasks included: Assist in coordinating the tasking of HCRs, AHRs, and TSCRs with internal and external Reports Officers. Maintained metric of tasking data against targets, issues, and/or collectors. Maintained Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) metrics for collection units controlled by Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Harding Security Associates, LLC
April 2004 - October 2005
At the Joint Document Exploitation Center - Baghdad (JDEC-B), Iraq. Processed documents for analyst assessments to senior coalition decision makers.

Given multiple, difficult, and lengthy tasks to accomplish during my tenure at the combined Media Processing Center, Baghdad (CMPC-B).

Led, supervised, and managed the effort to identify the critical mission-specific material in direct support of the Iraqi Survey Group, Multi National Forces-Iraq and Regime Crimes Liaison Office mission objectives.

Our team processed over 447,252 documents and expedited over 495 “hot documents” for functional team analysis and provided immediate intelligence to the war fighter.

Was part of a media exploitation mission at Abu Ghraib Prison that documented and processed 839 captured cell phones and 233 lab-top computers from prisoners.
