The Goal of SGC Group is to let entrepreneurial operators "Open" their own office using a virtual private network (VPN) connected to all the other SGC Group offices. Partners are subject matter experts in their chosen fields and will participate in curriculum development and specific trainings via the VPN to all IED OPFOR offices. Likewise, the partner will draw from other SME's within SGC Group. As a "Partner" of the firm, you are responsible for working with the local military, law enforcement and business communities, providing the best training and information on IED's, Terrorism and UXO. As a Partner you would also be responsible for the profitability of the firm. Naturally, we are here to help you get started and you share in the profitability of all the offices just as a law firm does with its' partner attorneys. We want employee-operators to live where they want to live. We already have commitments to open offices in VA Beach, Charleston, Jacksonville, the Pan Handle, Albuquerque, San Diego, Washington state and Wisconsin. We also want to make difficult deployments easier by allowing operators to serve in 3 month increments. If you want to work for 3 months OCONUS and then vacation for 3 months, we are able to do that! Or maybe you would rather teach for 6 months after your 3,6,9 or 12 months down range. This puts the most up to date information in the hands of the War Fighter. Also, because SGC Group is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business allowing the federal government to "sole source" training and consulting jobs worth up to $3,000,000 and manufacturing up to $5,000,000, we are well positioned to capture the contracts that we are best suited for and positioned for overall profitability. The president signed a law stating that 3% of all spending should go to SDVOSB's! The potential market is huge.All employees will share in the employee stock option plan and only a hand full will become partners. An opportunity is only an opportunity until you seize it.
