2007-present Counter-Improvised Explosive Device Trainer RONCO Consulting
•Provides in-theater operational C-IED (Counter-Improvised Explosive Device) instruction on technical and tactical intelligence, the IED threat, Electronic Warfare (EW)(ECM) principals, and basic patrol search skills
•Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on individual and small-unit tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with reacting to and dealing with IEDs, unexploded ordnance, and other explosive hazards employed by insurgent forces or found on the modern battlefield
•Assists in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), structured lesson plans and briefings

2007-2007 Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician SRA International
•Designed, built, and assembled over 500 simulated threat devices, training aids, and electronic circuits for IEDs to include Modular Bomb Sets (MBS II) and weapons training kits in support of the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) baggage screening security programs
•Designed and captured x-ray images using TRX x-ray systems such as the Rapidscan, 3D20 Rapidscan, Heimann and L-3 Communication x-ray systems
•Provided rapid response, assessment and construction of emerging explosive threats and potential explosive devices based on the current situation and gathered field intelligence
2004-2007 Senior EOD Team Leader and Operations Sergeant U.S. Army
•Duties consist of Lead IED, Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) Subject Matter Expert (SME); Chemical/Biological and Convention Ordnance trainer
•Responded to over 620 IED incidents while in support of Operation Iraqi freedom (OIF).
